This usually happens for one of the below reasons:

Incorrect username/email

Kindly double check the username/email you are using to sign in. In case you have typed your email address incorrectly when registering for an account, the system will not be able to recognize your correct details. If you believe this is the case, kindly contact us with your full name and correct email and we will help you solve this issue.

Incorrect/Forgotten password

Kindly double check the password you are using to sign in. In case you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password, submit your email address and the password reset link will be emailed to you.

• Enter your address, payment information and submit your order. You are all set.
