Accepting our agreement

This is an Agreement between Green Fig and yourself and any person you represent including any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity regarding your access and use of greenfigbooks.com, its associated-domains, sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf and any software or application developed by us or on our behalf (together, the Websites and “Website”) and any service that we provide (the “Service” and Services).

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Green Fig. Green Fig offers the Website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices.

Each time you access or use any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not use or access the website. This Agreement is in addition to any other agreement you may have with Green Fig.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Green Fig Services

Green Fig allows you to access greenfigbooks.com, its associated-domains and sub-domains to search and purchase products supplied by a huge number of its boutique and brand partners from all around the world. Green Fig in cooperation with third party companies also offers customer, delivery, and payment processing services.

Our responsibility to you in relation to our Services

If, at any time, we are in breach of our Terms and Conditions, we will be only responsible for foreseeable losses that you suffer. The foreseeable loses are those that happen as a direct consequence of our breach at the time you are using our Services. This limitation does not limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

The Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of our products along with a detailed description of each product. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. The description of each product is always based on the information that we receive from our partners, and accordingly we cannot guarantee that all the information is free of any error.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Order from our website

After placing an order through our Website, we will send you a confirmation email including details about each product you have requested to buy. Your orders are subject to availability and price confirmation, which is determined by the relevant Partner. By placing an order, you are confirming that the details you have provided are true, you are over 18 years of age and you are authorized to use the credit or debit card that you have used to place the order.

We, as well as our partners, reserve the right not accept your order if, for example, the product ordered is not available, if you are ineligible to place this order, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Prices and Payment

Setting the price

We are always making every effort with our partners to offer you the best possible prices.

Paying duties and taxes

In case you see the statement “Import duties and taxes included, where applicable” under the price of a product, it means that if the product is shipped to you internationally, you do not have to pay duties and taxes when you receive it.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs will vary depending on order and delivery address. The delivery costs of your order will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Charging your card

Green Fig charges your card as per the following details. For PayPal/Debit Cards, payment is taken upon placing an order. For Credit Cards, payment is taken when the product is shipped to you.

Delivery

We are responsible for supplying delivery services to our customers. In case some circumstances that are beyond our control caused a delay in delivering your order, we will try our best to deliver the order the soonest possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay. Delivery times are only estimates and they vary depending on several factors including but not limited to the availability of the products and your delivery address.

Returns

If, for any acceptable reason, you have chosen to return a certain item (unworn and unwashed), you can do so for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date provided you give us written notice after you receive a product. To ensure that the item will arrive at the original location (i.e. the location of the boutique from which the item was originally sent to you) within 15 days, we advise that you send it back within 8 days of delivery.

The refund process takes place right away after the delivery and acceptance of the returned item by our partner. You will be notified by email when this process is complete. This process might take several days to be completed.

Note that delivery cost is non-refundable, however, taxes and duties are refundable in case your order was shipped to a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) destination. This means that if the price of the item you have purchased on Kidzie included tax and duties, then you will be refunded these tax and duties, otherwise you will not.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is only used in accordance to our Privacy Policy. Kindly read your privacy policy carefully. By using our Website, you consent to the use of your data as mentioned in our Privacy Policy and you confirm that all data provided by you is true.

Sever-ability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any other remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and they supersede any and all earlier agreements between you and us. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
